My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is located in a nice building with lots of amenities. Ciara/Deven were incredible communicative and were consistently checking in to see how the stay was going and if they were able to do anything to improve our experience. Ciara/Deven were the communicative host I’ve had by far, in a great way. Check in was easy and the place was very clean! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the DC metro area.

Très proche du métro, bonne distance du centre de Washington. Salle de sport et sauna appréciable. Joli appartement, bons échanges avec Ciarra. Nous n’avons pas pu faire marcher la clé digitale en bas de l’immeuble et n’avions pas le code. Peu de commerce pour faire ses courses alimentaires.

Very nice stay the building is nice and modern day rooms. Kitchen had all utensils you would nice! Very nice for a short or long term stay. Will definitely stay again!

We were very happy with this apartment! It was the perfect place. Free parking in the garage and only $8 to park overnight outside in the front of the building for a 2nd car. Also metro was so close. I felt safe walking around at night. Loved the balcony and the view. Clean and comfy beds. Thanks!

We appreciated very much the host specially that we were allowed to check in early. Also, we were upgraded to other units. We had a great stay. Smooth self check in and check out. We will book again in the future.

We only had a quick stay but we loved the unit and the location. The hosts are easy to communicate with. The unit was big enough for us 4 adults and 1 infant. Thank you for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Deven’s place, it provided all the amenities of home. Host was very gracious & accommodating in allowing us to have an early check-in and late check-out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and very helpful, especially to my octonagerian father. Security was very alert and also helpful. The place itself is in the middle of essential places that we had visited (SSS, Pag-Ibig, banks, churches) and of course Abreeza Mall which is walking distance from the building. Will definitely recommend Deven’s place to my friends & relatives visiting Davao for future trips. Thank you Deven and Team!

Place was great!!! Location perfect! Sleeping was an absolute peace! A/C was perfectly cold! Really had a wonderful stay with my daughter(she loves it there) and hosts were very responsive and pro active and easy to talk to! Easy to walk to Abreeza mall.. laundry nearby.. food everywhere especially grab food anytime! Grab car was also fast! Very convenient location! Definitely will stay here again when I visit Davao again! Thanks Deven and Leoner for a great stay!!! See you soon!!!
