This is the perfect place to stay for easy access to DC, you can see the Metro station from the balcony! It's just a one block walk then quick train ride, super convenient and easy. Parking also, was super easy and not expensive. The space is lovely, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. I took advantage of the gym downstairs and was able to walk to lots of places for food. Loved this place and can't wait to come back, thank you!

We were not able to stay at the unit due to the new building policy - short term stay are not allowed anymore. The good thing was the host Deven, helped us to find a new place to stay and assisted us reaching out to airbnb for our refund. He never left us hanging without a place to stay. It is already a last minute booking during a peak season. Thankfully with everyone's effort we pulled it through. Thank you Deven and airbnb! I hope you can host us in the near future. God bless

Ciarra and Dev were such good hosts they were responsive and very very accommodating. I would definitely book again. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my staycation

We only had a quick stay but we loved the unit and the location. The hosts are easy to communicate with. The unit was big enough for us 4 adults and 1 infant. Thank you for hosting us.

The great: - Responsive host - Lovely view - Good location - No cockroaches this time Room for improvement: - Change all light bulbs to warm lights - Some decorative touches have been lost since my last stay - Add a power strip to the bedroom

Place was great!!! Location perfect! Sleeping was an absolute peace! A/C was perfectly cold! Really had a wonderful stay with my daughter(she loves it there) and hosts were very responsive and pro active and easy to talk to! Easy to walk to Abreeza mall.. laundry nearby.. food everywhere especially grab food anytime! Grab car was also fast! Very convenient location! Definitely will stay here again when I visit Davao again! Thanks Deven and Leoner for a great stay!!! See you soon!!!

Our stay at Devens condo was great. Ease to find, access was easy. Very clean , stocked well with microwave, kitchen cooking and eating utensils , comfy bed, hot water in bathroom and shower, quiet. Great location , within walking distance of shopping mall, restaurants. If you have a vehicle you can request inside parking. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Davao

Deven is really good host. The apt is quite nice and a lots of room. The location is pretty good as well. Easy to access to highway, and also convenient to go to central city in Lehi.

We stayed here for 30 nights as we were in the process of relocating from a different state. Everything we needed to live comfortably was available at the home including the washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. We loved the community pool that was made available to us, and we enjoyed it during those warm days :) We loved how we had shopping and grocery centers nearby to help with our day-to-day items. We were very grateful for the home TV apps made available to us to watch our favorite shows and movies. It was very nice how we had several close trails nearby for those days we wanted to go for a stroll. We definitely recommend this place if you are going to stay in the area!
