The Living Room has 5 oversized electric motorized leather recliners, perfect for movie night with the 72" TV and surround sound home theater. The dining area has seating for 6 at the dining table. Place settings for 8 are also included. The full kitchen has been stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom and a king size bed, and your own TV. There are two other bedrooms, but these will be closed and not available for your access. Welcome to Rockwell Ranch, the modern new community in the center of Utah Valley on the northern shore of Utah Lake, nestled between I-15 and Pioneer Crossing. Rockwell Ranch is close to everything. The Meadows shopping district is very close with endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Easy access to I-15 and within minutes you can be at Thanksgiving Point, American Fork Canyon, Timpanogos Cave National Monument, and the ski resorts. Only 30 minutes to Sundance and 1 hour to Park City. The community has it's own heated swimming pool, club house, playgrounds, and pickle ball court. The club house is available to rent for a small fee for your event like a birthday party or family reunion. Stroll down these lanes right to the shore of Utah Lake and see some breathtaking sunsets and mountain views. Star gazing is amazing here too right in the center of the valley.

You will have exclusive access to the entire condo (with the exception of the two closed bedrooms). If you would like to access all 3 bedrooms, you can book the reservation here... Extended Stay Condo at Rockwell Ranch - 3BR https://airbnb.com/h/afucondo The pool is shared with the Rockwell Ranch community (open in the warmer months), but the beautiful club house may be reserved for private events. Y ou will also have access to other community amenities such as the picnic pavilion, tot lots, and the pickleball court. The condo is on the second floor and provides views of the lake, Saratoga Springs cityscape, and the mountains. It's a short walk to the lake shore.

Park your car at the condo for free and take advantage of all the easy ways to get around the area. The American Fork train station is half a mile away, with FrontRunner train access north to Ogden City and south to Provo. The FrontRunner train connects with the Trax light rail system in Salt Lake City providing access to the whole Salt Lake Valley, including the International Airport. If someone in your group is arriving at the airport, they can catch the Trax to the North Temple station and switch to the FrontRunner train south to the American Fork station. Then it's a short 13 minute walk to the condo. If you're in a hurry to get somewhere, don't worry about trying to find parking. There are plenty of taxi, Uber, and Lyft drivers who can take you where you need to go and could save you money over paying for parking.
