Located between DCA airport and the Pentagon, this 10th floor condo has a beautiful city view balcony and access to the fitness center, pool table, and sauna. Pool open in summer. The 1BR suite comes with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, desk, Wi-Fi, and everything you need, all in a perfect spot close to DC. Guest parking for an additional fee. Metro right across the street. There are 2 queen beds accommodating up to 4 adults, and a crib and a futon for youngsters.

This modern apartment on the 10th floor offers a great balcony view. Kitchen: The apartment includes a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, and a Costco nearby to get all the groceries you need. Dining Area: There is a counter-height dining table for four, with placemats. Living Room Studio: The studio includes a super comfortable queen size bed with a 12" memory foam mattress. The sofa is great for comfortable lounging. Enjoy the 42" TV with Roku and unlimited streaming entertainment including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Paramount+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Apple TV+. There is a whole library of Bluray and DVD movies to watch too. Wifi is available all through the condo. Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed with a 12” memory foam mattress. Many compliments from guests about how comfortable it is! It also has a 32" Roku TV with streaming entertainment. The desk and chair allows you to get the work done you need to do. High speed wifi for your use is free. Bathroom: The apartment has a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and all the bath towels and hand towels you will need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided. Building Amenities: There is a beautiful outdoor pool open in the summer, a sauna, a pool table in the lounge, and a fitness center, all for your use. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, and the sauna, lounge, pool table, and fitness center are open 24 hours a day, all year long. There is also a concierge during extended hours if you need anything, such as a bellhop cart to carry your luggage up to the apartment. The friendly concierge staff are available to assist you.

Neighborhood

Welcome to Crystal City, the urban tech enclave across the river from DC, nestled between the Reagan National Airport and The Pentagon and home to Amazon. Enjoy all the shops, restaurants, theaters, and more all within a stone's throw. Only a few miles further south is Old Town Alexandria with all the historic shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Guest Access

You will have full and private access to the entire apartment. You will have shared access to the pool, sauna, lounge, pool table, and fitness center which are included in your community fee, and are accessed using the fob medallion attached to your key. Early check-in is not usually possible. However, you are welcome to drop your bags off at the front desk, and they can hold on to them for you until you return for check-in. Just be sure to check in before 11:00 PM when the front desk closes and the lobby doors are locked. You will also be able to park your car in the guest parking in front with a guest pass that you can pay for on your mobile phone when you arrive (go to (parkm.app or scan the barcode on the signs in the parking lot) for $8 per night. If you prefer garage parking, the public garage across the street is very convenient. Daily rates apply. However, the garage is free overnight after 4:00 PM and before 6:00 AM the next morning. It's also free on the weekends starting Friday at 4:00 PM until Monday morning at 6:00 AM. There are no stairs to climb, but the apartment is not equipped for handicap access. The doorways are not wide enough for a wheelchair and there are no handrail supports for the tub or toilet.

Find us

GETTING AROUND Park your car at the apartment and take advantage of all the easy ways to get around the area. The Crystal City Metro is less than a block away, with access to the whole DC metro area. Only three Metro stops to the National Mall and all the monuments and museums, Capitol Hill, and the White House. If you're in a hurry to get somewhere, don't worry about trying to find parking in DC. There are plenty of taxi, Uber, and Lyft drivers who can take you where you need to go and could save you money over paying for parking. The VRE train station is right nearby. Only one stop to L'Enfant Plaza and one more to Union Station, the central rail hub of the region. You can also ride the VRE out to Manassas to see the Civil War sites, or down to Fredericksburg. There is a Capital Bikeshare station right in front of the building. You can rent a bike for the day and bike into DC and around the monuments, or head south to Old Town Alexandria. The bike trail along the scenic Potomac River goes right beside the apartment building with access to the trail only steps away from the lobby. The river views are spectacular! The trail goes all the way to the Mount Vernon estate, the home and plantation where George Washington lived and is buried.
